- 1 bottle Scarlatto red wine
- 1 cup Monin red sangria mix
- 5 ounces brandy
- 2 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

How do they make the Grilled Salmon. I love it.
I made Carrabba's Chicken Marsala last week, and it came out great. There are two recipe's I found, and one was too vague, and left certain items out that made me know it would not taste right. The other was the right one, it has a small amount of lemon juice, and you start with browning diced Proscuttio in butter to get the Marsala sauce started. I also added a little rosemary to it.
There was enough for 5 people, and every single one of them loved it. It will be my Christmas dinner this year.
