I think it would be really fun to buy say, for the grandparents...wrap them a gift either 'for' them, saying "Best Grandparents", or something you can use for the baby when it comes, like a little onesie, or shirt that says something like. "My grandma/grandpa is the best, or loves me!" and the same for uncles and aunts..things that say "Best Aunt" or again, make it something the baby could use, a baby outfit that says, "My auntie loves me" and so on. It will be a sure suprise to all of them and a great way to share the news. Good luck and congratulations!!!
