Real name of KC Conception is Maria Kristina Cassandra Cuneta Concepcion Pangilinan. She was born on April 7, 1985. She is a well known Filipina actress , singer , vj, model, stage actor, and ambassador against hunger of the UN's World Food Programme(WFP).She is the only daughter of Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta She had been legally adopted by Senator Kiko Pangilinan. Her sisters are Simone Francesca Emmanuelle and Mariel Daniella Sophia, the children of Kiko and Sharon.

In 2003, she studied International Corporate Communications with a minor in Theatre Arts at the AmericanUniversity of Paris, and graduated in 2007.Even if she had several appearances in Sharon's concerts and television shows, it was only in early 2003 when K.C. explored advertising, and became a commercial endorser both in television and print ads. KC Conception was an MTV Asia VJ in 2003. In 2008, she was appointed by the United Nations World Food Program as National Ambassador Against Hunger.

In 2008, she starred For The First Time with Richard Gutierrez under Star Cinema.She was awarded by the 2008 Nickelodeon Philippines Kids' Choice Awards for Pinoy Wannabe.
