rinu,i am afraid to say that as per the KEAM prospectus(page no:27-9.7.5) u need to score a minimum of 10 marks for both the papers.if u fail do so ,u will be disqualified.
any way, dont worry because there may be some changes to key as there is a chance that some questions may be deleted.so that may change your mark....i think so........anyway lets hope for the best...........
if you are not disqualified u will get a rank below 30,000.

sastra is one of the best colleges in south india.nut you have to afford the tuition fee and hostelfee...if you can then ...sastra will be good for you..i think tuition fees is 35000/sem..............TKM EE IS ALSO VERY GOOD..BUT INFRASTRUCTURE AND ALL ARE NICE IN SASTRA

I was expecting a mechanical seat in CET but it seems nearly impossible. So i'm lukin for either GEC trichur or GEC trivandrum. there are chances of a civil seat in CET bt i'm confused now ? what should i do ?

I am writing this Question on the date fourth of july 2009. I am pretty much worried about the counselling because the same is to start the very next day at 10 am. And the score cards have'nt reached yet so that i can have a look at the key number, which is required to start the counselling session. Also that this criteria of counselling is going to take place for the first time, this year. Right now, I am getting very much suspicious about the transperency of counselling. And the information that the counselling is starting tommorow not from the official cee site, but from a local blog. The cee is not supplying enough information on its official site. If tried to contact them there is no response from the other side. Are not there other options available for counselling, like going there and manuaaly submitting the options? Or whether I am wrong that the counselling is about to start tommorow?

sir, there are many problems goin on with the aieee counsellingthe 4th allotment is on 24th july and the students of the previous allotments can withdraw their fees after that.so many of the top ranked students from kerala haven;t got the branch tht they desired 4 in the NIT's becausethe higher ranked students haven;t withdrawn their claim.A clear idea will be obtained only after 24th.The kerala allotment wil be over by 17th july.so most of the top ranked students will also most probably lock in their choices.so do u think this will affect this years allotment(especially in the good colleges like CET,MODEL,etc)

MACE is nearer to my home and i can be back at home everyday.... do u think that a hostel-stay is really required for engineering studies?? I'm doubtful about the conditions in these hostels... In the trial allotment ive got FISAT EE ...for 8432 rank category rank 1293 i thought i would get NSS IC which was my first choice..does the trial allotment mean I wouldnt get NSS IC . My fist EE was my 8th option.
in the trial allotment i got civil in gec thrissur which was my 18th option.i had registered for 28 options,does this automatically mean that i will get options from 19 to 28.

there is a risk..if u get allotted in a private college in second allotment..then u have to continue there..so if you have no wish to study in a pvt college..you have to delete the option..u still have a chance for nss ic..but may be just in the last allotment...but there is a risk chance

i have warned u several times before not to post like this in MY HUB..i didnt tell u to visit my hub..if u're not satisfied then stop visiting this hub...i knew that u were michael too....and let me tell u onething this is not just telling with the last ranks..i have seen and analysed more than 4 years kerala engineering admissions..but this year the new fees system in govt controlled self financing colleges,which was announced just before the start of the counselling..this has got a huge impact in this year's admission...i was speaking with the knowledge i had about the previous years...civil in cet trial allotment last rank is 1370..ur rank is 2039...and i am telling u that u will surely get into cet ..wait till the allotments get over.......one more thing,u were telling about the aieee counselling...aieee is a new thing at all and that s not gonna make a big difference in kerala's counselling...first allotment results will always be high...but just wait for the further allotment to see the change..atleast have some patience to wait till then...

no..this means that the first option that u will get among the 18 choices is gec thrissur.u may or may not get 19-28 options..but it will have no effect if u are getting a higher preferred option..STARTING FROM THE FIRST OPTION DOWNWARD WHICH OPTION U GET FIRST IS THE ONE U WILL GET ALLOTTED

eee is a very good branch ..nit that much preferred as ec..but definitely has got a good scope...infact mech and eee are more preferred by core companies
