Got virus, trojan or worm problem. Sometimes we don't have the knowledge to solve the virus problem.

However, if you are using Kaspersky products.

You could easily get support from Kaspersky Lab Technical Support.

My website just got infected with iframe injection.

To solve the problem, I asked Kaspersky Lab Support to check whether my pc has any virus and I send the following three files to Kaspersky Lab Support to analyze the files.

Luckily they found no virus.

<< Attached file: "sysinfo.rar" >>

<< Attached file: "Quarantine.rar" >>

<< Attached file: "LOG.rar" >>

Luckily there was no virus found.

Currently, my site was down because of iframe injection.

One site we have managed to remove the iframe injection code (http://**********.com) but another is still down (http://ecommerceforum.**********.com).

Error message for (http://ecommerceforum.**********.com

Fatal error: Not able to open ./cache/data_global.php in /home/**********/public_html/ecommerceforum/includes/acm/acm_file.php on line 112

I want to find the root cause of my problem, is it because of infection at my pc Or because the virus/trojan has infected the web hosting server.

I run a full scan using Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 paid version to find any virus in pc, but could not find any virus at my pc.

For further details, I have published an article about it at the hyperlink below.

http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-solve-a-iframe-injection

Do know what is the root cause of the problem. Or how the hacker/virus can access my website.

Thank you very much.

Dear Mrs/Mr:

Please send us logs of AVZ and GSI.

Please send us the log of AVZ (is attached): File - Standart scripts - 3. Healing/Quarantine and Advansed System Analasys.

After restart the LOG subfolder appears in the avz4en folder. The file under a unique name virusinfo_syscure.zip will be saved into the folder LOG. This file contains detailed scan report of your computer.
