Katrina Kaif's blue film is likely to be release in the second half of 2009. The film is rumored to have a whopping budget of Rs. 100 crore. The movie will be directed by a foreign ad filmmaker named Tony.The movie will be based on the theme of Shipwreck and treasure, thus most of the shooting will take place under water. All the actors have been methodically trained in scuba diving in Bangkok.
Even though the "Blue" film stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, the leading heroine in this blue movie is Lara Dutta and Katrina Kaif is just doing an item song and a few scenes in this Katrina Kaif's Blue film. There may not be opportunities for Katrina to show her acting talent but plenty of scenes to show her other assets and director's imagination can run wild to best use Katrina's talent and satisfy her fans at the same time.
