Kegel Exercises can Remedy Low Sex Drive in Women
Have you had a noticeable drop in your sexual sensation over the years? Especially if you've had children you may have noticed that your orgasms just aren't as powerful and fulfilling as they used to be. And thus a downward spiral begins of not being motivated to have sex as often since you don't enjoy it as much; and because it's not as enjoyable, not being inclined to have sex as often, until finally you're not having sex at all. Not even alone.
Women Tend to Seek Medical Solutions First
The first clue I had that many women were interested in some way to successfully restore their vagina's youthful condition was when I was living in Los Angeles a few years ago. I had been sent by a dermatologist to a plastic surgeon for a persistent facial blemish. And while we were having a little conversation he surprised me and told me that most of the women in the waiting room that day were there for consultations about vaginal rejuvenation. He assured me it was not as painful as people might expect but that it was indeed somewhat expensive.
Never having had any children I hadn't ever really thought about what might happen to a woman's vagina after having a child, or several children. What tends to happen in a lot of women is a weakening of their pelvic muscles from both the weight gain and the stress of childbirth. Usually the discussion is about incontinence, but sadly that's not the only unfortunate circumstance that can really affect your quality of life. Not being able to enjoy sex at the levels that you USED to be able to is a horrific prospect when looking down the line at the rest of your life. Is this the way things are gonna be.
The Solution is Easy; Kegels
Well guess what? A visit to your doctor will confirm that kegel exercises are the most effective, low cost, and quickest solution to strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. The KegelMaster is probably one of the easiest to use methods for you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. I's nothing you need to buy over and over. You get one and you use it. It's as simple as that.
The KegelMaster is VERY popular and has scored Number 1 on a survey conducted by Marie Claire Magazine.
In addition to that, the medical testing of a woman's vaginal orgasm contractions "before and after" with a Kegel perineometer (vaginal manometer) show excellent improvement. Just look at the results...and let me ask you; would you prefer a weak 3 second orgasm or a STRONG one for 11-12 seconds?
Did I mention the price of the KegelMaster is currently marked down? Why not visit the site and see their detailed explanation on how it works, so you can make a decision about if it's the direction you'd like to go.
Those Ben Wa Balls Too
Aside from a kegel exerciser there are other devices called Ben Wa Balls and when I was a kid I used to see them everywhere. I don't think most people had any idea what they were and how they were supposed to be used. Most of the ones I saw were steel and people would hold them in their palms and juggle them around. Not surprisingly you'd mostly find them for sale in Asian import stores as novelty items. Ben Wa balls have been used for centuries by women AND men for sexual pleasure and in the case of women vaginal rejuvenation. Once inserted they act as a focal point for a muscle groups. They're connected by a string which is also used for extraction.
I was able to find a story about a rather infamous Ben Wa user. Have a look at her rather extreme case of pelvic floor exercising. It's way too much for a regular woman, but it does highlight the effectiveness of pc muscles getting a workout.
