So I've come across some pretty funny Kentucky Town Names... I've taken the liberty to come up with mottos for each:

Anchorage, KY (I'd rather be in Alaska)

Crab Orchard, KY (Our crabs grow on trees)

Bagdad, KY (Don't confuse dis Badgad wif' dat other one!)

Beaver Dam, KY (Beaver, it's what's for dinner)

Blackey, KY (Because Whitey was already taken)

California, KY (Come check out our Mollywood... she's 5'0 and 167 pounds)

Cave City, KY (See what's going on down under)

Central City, KY (The funnest town located in the Western-most part of the state)

Eminence, KY (Don't let the name fool ya!)

Flatwoods, KY (Located 5 miles from Rolling Hill Woods)

Goose Creek, KY (We don't have either, but needed a name)

Hills and Dales, KY (You may know our neighbors: Bartles and James)

Island, KY (We're the beachfront property in the Midwest that everyone is always trying to sell you)

Lone Oak, KY (The former papermill capital of the US of A)

Orchard Grass Hills, KY (We have all 3... and not much else)

Pippa Passes, KY (Pippa Passes anything you want her to for $2)

Salt Lick, KY (We all have high blood pressure and don't know why!?)

Stomping Ground, KY (We're that "old" place everyone refers to)

Whitesville, KY (Git Er Done)
