Kids- Getting The Perfect Gifts

We are living in a world of technolagy. It is everywhere from home to schools. It is like a babysitter. If the TV is on the child is glued. If you put a remote in their hands and a game in you don't hear from them for hours. It's sick, really. I am not saying these things are bad I am saying too much is bad.

What happened to the days when kids got home from school and did their home work, ran and played outdoors, used their imagination to keep entertained and when you didn't have to use a crobare to pry their butt cheeks off the floor to do a chore?

We are allowing our kids to turn into mush. We need to get a grip and think about what we give our kids. We are giving them games to play which are someone else's imagination and allowing our kids to get lost in them. So what should we be giving our kids? Here is a list of items that stimulate their brains and are fun for them and you:

* Science Kits- They are fun for kids as they see for themselves how things work and what they can do if they put their minds to it.

* Paint Kits and Art Supplies- Having these items on hand for your child allows him or her to become very creative. They are able to see something in their mind and then put it on paper. This helps with figuring things out.

* Sporting Goods- Baseball and glove, two gloves that is. Football, soccer, even getting them into martial arts. These get your child the exersice their bodies need and confidence.

* Tickets To Events- If your child is into Nascar, or Sport Games get tickets for you and your child. He or she will love the one on one time and this is great for stimulating their minds. It helps them to create hopes and dreams for themselves. They will be able to start to understand what it is to have goals and strive to meet them.

It all starts at a young age and it isn't the kids doing it to themselves it's us. Now is the time to get a grip on our kids. Before you buy them their next gift take time to think. What will my child gain from this.
