Kids making money ideas for very little cost

Kids everywhere are looking for ideas on making money.  Whether it's for garments, video games, music, iPods, or whatever is presently the most up to date fad, youngsters are seeking cash to spend on them.

Let's face it, below the age of sixteen there are just not that many legitimate jobs kids can get. It might be due to workplace laws, insurance concerns or simply plain lack of experience that most employers aren't hiring youngsters.

Cutting gardens, paper routes, summer work with a relative or paid chores for neighbors have been the traditional ways for kids to earn money for the average kid. They don't need much in the way of money to get going, but they also don't return much either. They also require lots of physical work in most cases, which doesn't appeal to your average kid nowadays. Why not put our thinking caps on and see if we can come up with earning ideas for children that might be better suited to today's young person? Ones that might even yield a better return and let the kid have some fun at the same time. The following are only 2 we popped up with:

1. Taking photos - This could be a family project because it's suited to virtually everyone, it could be fun to work together and I believe perhaps the account holder must be eighteen (Mom or pop for instance).

The concept is this, try a search on the internet for stock photograph sites like www.istockphoto.com where you can upload digital photos according to their guiding principles. Once there, the photos can be seen by ad agencies, graphics artists, webpage designers and anyone else hunting for new fresh content.

Young folk are great with electronic widgets and you probably already own a digital camera, so it seems like a natural earning profits idea for children. It likely won't be serious cash unless they capture a shot that nobody else has ever seen before. Anyone can take part. Children can exert their inventive talents in methods that adults can't and this could be the showcase for that talent. It may have just the right new and young slant that catches the iris of potential buyers. It may be interesting and fun for them too. It costs nothing and might have a big impact overall.

2. Working with pets might be another making money for youngsters idea. From dog walking to pet sitting to grooming and even poop scooping if at all possible. Take advantage of this phenomenon by getting your kid concerned. Dog owners will spend on their pet's well being before their own infrequently. You contract with neighbors or coworkers to care for their pets while they are away or if they can not do it themselves. No special training required, just teach them to be responsible and respectful.

Dog grooming will require a little work as an earning profits concept for kids. If folk found the way to avoid making appointments, taking the dog to a grooming shop, picking them back up in rush hour traffic and still pay less, it would simply make common sense they would jump at the idea.

Finally, agree with it or not, poop scooping is in fairly high demand in lots of areas as a making money idea for youngsters. There are even entire firms built around this service idea. You contract with people to come around on a consistent basis and clean their yards for them, hauling away the stuff for disposal someplace else. You might need to check your local health laws about disposal, but all it would probably take is a scoop, a hotel-like dust pan, some plastic bags and the will to do it!
