These cocktail recipes are some of my absolute favorite to serve at our Halloween parties. Everyone loves them and every year they are a hit with friends. We try to come up with something unique that looks disgusting but tastes great each year. This list is a mixture of some that have been invented by us and some of my classic favorite recipes. Hope you try them and enjoy!

1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Vodka
1 Tbs Grenadine
Peach Soda
Cayenne Pepper

Mix together Vodka and Peach Schnapps and pour into a highball glass over ice. Top off with Peach Soda and Grenadine and garnish with a cherry or pomegranite seeds (or both if you want). Sprinkle with a dash of Cayenne Pepper to make it "rabid".

1/2 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
Splash of Grenadine

Pour the Peach Schnapps into a chilled shot glass (leave a little room from the top for the other two ingredients). Slowly pour the Irish Cream over the back of the spoon into the middle of the schnapps (put the spoon in the freezer for a minute to help with control). Pour the Grenadine over the Irish Cream for a bloody brain effect. Shoot it quickly so you can get over the texture...

1/3 Vanilla Liqueur
1/3 Butterscotch Schnapps
1/3 Irish Cream

Shake the three ingredients with ice and strain into a shot glass. The most obvious garnish is candy corn. You can't drink too many of these, because they are insanely sweet.

1 shot Blue Curacao
1/2 Creme De Cassis
Champagne

Shake the Blue Curacao and Creme De Cassis with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top off with chilled champagne. This is an absolute favorite because of the taste. It is simply delicious.

1 shot Dark Rum
1 shot White Rum
1 shot Spiced Rum
1/2 shot Apricot Brandy
1 shot Simple Syrup
1/2 shot Pineapple Juice
1/2 shot Lime Juice

Pour all ingredients into a chilled glass and stir well. It only takes one to make you feel like a zombie...

1 shot Midori
2 shots Gin
Tonic Water
Mountain Dew or Mellow Yellow

Shake together the Midori and the Gin with ice and strain into a highball glass. Top off with half Tonic Water and half Mountain Dew. It will glow because of the quinine in the tonic water and the yellow coloring in the Mountain Dew under black lights. Does not glow without black light, so don't be dissapointed if you expect it to.

1/3 Irish Cream
1/3 Mandarin Napoleon
1/3 Sweet Vermouth

Layer the ingredients in a shot glass starting with the Sweet Vermouth, next the Mandarin Napoleon, finally the Irish Cream. This is another disgusting looking drink that tastes great. Once again, you need to really slam it so you can get over the texture quickly.
