Amazon's Kindle Is a Well Desgined Wireless Device

Amazon's Kindle makes is it extremely easy to make the best use of any free time you may have. You're just one minute away from downloading a large library of books, newspapers and magazines that wll keep you occupied, educated or entertained. Pages are easy to navigate by simply using your thumb.

There are currently over 115,000 electronic books available for the Kindle - which include more than 100 NY Times best sellers. By using the FREE MobiPocket Creator software, you can convert many of the files on your PC, such as html, Microsoft Word documents, text files and Adobe PDF files into .PRC format that can be read by Amazon's Kindle reading device. Kindle also uses its own proprietary, DRM restricted format (AZW). You also have the ability to listen to MP3 files and audio books.

The on screen print size is adjustable and appears very crisp and easy to read. The battery life will vary depending on how you are using the Kindle. When using the Kindle as strictly a reading device the battery seems to last for a very long time - sometimes up to a week. However when you are using the wireless features of the Kindle - the battery seems to drain off after a few hours or so. Because it only takes 2 hours to get it back up to full charge, this really hasn't been too much of an issue so far.

Amazon makes it easy to pick out any books or literature you might want to get for your Kindle. Their try before you buy feature allows you to download a few chapters of a book (on some titles you will only get the table of contents) - to see if its something you really want to buy. So in reality it is very similar to browsing a bricks and mortar bookstore - except that now you have the convenience of being able to do it wirelessly from practically any place on earth. If you're in an area where your cell phone normally works, there's a real good chance you'll have no problems using the wireless feature of your Kindle.

Amazon's Kindle will also let you find information on thousands of topics that are featured in Wikipedia.org - the world's largest and most up-to-date online encyclopedia. In other words, you'll never be at a loss for interesting subjects to discover and learn more about, no matter where you are. If information is power, then Amazon's Kindle has the ability to add some additional muscle to your brain power. If you want to make the most of any idle time you have during the day, you can't go wrong investing in the Kindle.

Review of Amazon's Kindle Wireless Reading Device

Kindle Review Recommendation: If you can afford it, you will most likely be very happy with your investment in Amazon's Kindle. There is a growing list of electronic media that can be read (or listened to) on the Kindle. It's wireless features allow you to download books in just a minute or to browse Wikipedia.org with total convenience. It's small, lightweight, easy to read, convenient and extrememly portable. I use my Kindle all the time and consider it to be money well spent.

Nice review. But your picture needs some rework...it's all pixelated.
