Kiss dominated the world of rock and roll from in the mid 70's and throughout the 80's with fist-pounding rock anthems and cutting edge ballads. Their trademark make up, costumes, and stage presence created an army of Kiss fans worldwide.
The band went through a couple of shake ups over the years but when the original line up of Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley and Peter Criss reunited for a world tour in 1996 it proved to be the most successful tour of the year. The band continues to play before sell out crowds and their popularity has never dimmed.
Simmons Demon, Stanley's Starchild, Frehley's spaceman, and Criss' Catman, recognizable costume and make up became legend and provide the boost for the popularity of their picture discs.
The band abandoned their make up in 1983 and had continued success but in recent years have gone back to their original colors. Picture discs are available both with and without costume and make up.
