Everyone that loves to cook knows that having the right kitchen tools and gadgets can make cooking that much easier. Now it is possible to get by with a bare bones basic kitchen, but you will be giving up a lot of your spare time. One the other hand a with the right kitchen tools and gadgets those tough, time consuming cooking tasks can be knocked out in no time. You will also find that tackling those hard recipes becomes much easier and you may find that cooking becomes less of chore and a little more fun. But with so many different tools and gadgets on market which ones are the most helpful?

Well things will always differ a little from kitchen too kitchen but here are my top must have kitchen tools and gadgets.

I have this kitchen tool and gadget listed first because I love fresh baked bread but I will never make it without a bread machine. Face it making fresh bread is a pain, all the proofing, kneading, raising, proofing again and on and on. There is just way too much to do when it comes to making bread, not mention the time involved. But with a good quality bread machine it is a simple putting your ingredients in the machine and pressing a button and few hours later you have some fresh baked bread. As an added bonus you get that wonderful fresh baked bread drifting though your house.

If you don’t have one of these kitchen tools and gadgets in your home you’re truly are missing out. Toaster ovens are basically small ovens that sit on you counter top that depending on the model can do just as much as a regular oven without taking 20 minutes to heat up and turning the kitchen into a sauna. I personally go months without having to turn my oven on and I remember one time I had to use the toaster oven and regular oven at the same time the toaster oven was done before the oven even heated all the way up.

Now toaster ovens cannot do everything that a regular does but they come very close.

There are two different types of blenders that will help fill your kitchen tools and gadgets needs. The first is your standard style blenders. Now everyone knows that blenders are great for make mixed drinks but in the kitchen they are very making sauces, fruit purees, dressings, and mayos. When you it comes to picking out a blender power is key a weak blender will never live up to its usefulness.

The second type of blender that is a useful kitchen tools and gadgets is an immersion blender. These are hand held blenders that can be used to make pureed soups, sauces, gravies, and much, much more. Some of the better models come with a small food processor that is great for chopping things like garlic.

Most people overlook the usefulness of a good juicer in the kitchen. Cooking is all about freshness of the ingredients that you are using. If you have a recipe that calls for a little apple juice do you want to something that comes out of a jug that has been sitting on a self for months and is loaded with sugar or would you rather grab a fresh apple and make your own juice right then? Ok this kitchen tools and gadgets is more of a personal one and if you don’t drink coffee is will not be of much use to you but in my household a coffee machine is a must.
