Background: Ms. McManus will discuss the launch of KnitWits.com,

which will provide a unique interactive experience for users. She will also discuss the new line of yarn KnitWits will unveil on December 1, 2007.

Participants: Ms. McManus will represent KnitWits and appear on a

CNBC morning news show with CNBC anchors as interviewers.
