What is the reason why Hitler lost the war in Europe? There are many explainations and many ideas emeging just to answer this popular questions that mostly raised by many historians. At the middle of 1930's there was no arms race, no feuding monarchs and there was no problem in terms of communication. Is it because of One man? Yes, Hitler started everything and the war just at his tail. If Hitler did it, did he succeed? Yes, as many stories and historians would say, he got what he wanted. But why he lost the War? If his greatness could annex a country without firing a single shot, like what happened in Austria. Let's know the mistakes that Hitler did that resulted to his defeat in World War II.

When Hitler was in Power, people of Germany believe in him with great obidience and were totally support his ideas and adored him. But his mistakes in giving decisions to his military officials causes him to lost the war. Here are his mistakes:

1. Britain and France made peaceful move to avoid War when Hitler annexed Czechoslovakia, but Hitler thought that Britain nor France would not dare to declare war with Germany, if he attack Poland. He was warned by Britain and France about his planned attack to Poland, but he ignored it and had ignored the advices of his Generals too. That was one big mistake that he did that started all.
2. When Hitler's tanks and armies were raced to finish the allied armies in Dunkirk and can sense the victory ahead. Hitler suddenly ordered his troops to Halt and not only that but to pull back. According to some historians that Hitler ordered his tanks to halt because it may be smashed by retaliatory attacks prepared by the remaining allied troops waiting to be rescued at Dunkirk. Hermann Goring adviced him to use the Luftwaffe instead to finish the job, but experienced heavy losses by the RAF spitfires and hurricanes. Hitler had just let allied soldiers to escape and regroup. A serious mistake that if he let his tanks to finish everything and capture the remaining allied troops, Britain would turn out defenseless.

3.After Dunkirk the German high command advices Hitler to attack Britain at once and they proposed a plan which turns out a good plan if only implemented. But Hitler dislikes the idea of attacking Britain, according to many historians Hitler respected British people and considered them as high class people like the Germans. Hitler had just let go an opportunity that possibly would let him conquer Britain. The British Military at that time had nothing to defend their country, so it was indeed an opportunity for Hitler. But his decision causes the British people to buy time to strengthen their military and improve their defenses. After Hitler sent a peace message for Britain and Britain replied with a promise to fight and liberate the countries Hitler had conquered. Only then Hitler had approved the planned invasion to Britain. A decision that came too late.

4. When the planned invasion of Britain had been initiated, the military advisers said that the massive attack can only be carried out once the RAF is distroyed by the Lutfwaffe and only then their military barges can be protected by the German Navy. Hitler's Luftwaffe almost distroyed the RAF for many exhausting battles, but suddenly decided to direct his Luftwaffe bombers to attack major cities instead of finishing RAF completely. A serious mistake that could possibly win the battle of Britain. So there was no massive attack that happen and the luftwaffe suffers many losses from hitting cities protected by anti-aircrafts.

5.The breaking of the treaty with Russia and Invading Russia is another serious Mistake. Engaging War in two different fronts is very risky.

6. When the invasion of Russia had started there were no proper objective on to where they would set their goal. The Generals insisted that it would be Moscow, according to the generals and field marshals it is the center of command for the russian armies and if Moscow falls all would break down. Hitler insisted it should be Ukrain because according to him it is where the good lands where located and a side from that it was the land he longed wishes to conquer. So Hitler divided his strong huge army to two , one heading to Leningrad and the other to Kiev and Moscow untouched. When winter was coming he decided to direct all his armies to Moscow, but it was too late. Another mistake he did.

7. When Hitler invade Ukrain the people were very joyful and favored the German occupation than the russians. They thought for the Germans as the Liberators and would help them bring back their lands. But Hitler hated the slavs, ordered his troops to sieze the crops and send it all to Germany, and controlled the slavs lands and let them die from hunger and prison camps. So the Ukranians joined the russian armies to fight against the Germans, with their population Germans were outnumbered. If only Hitler used their hatred to Russia and used them to fight for him against the russians, his army could have not faced defeat in the east.

8. When Hitler declared war with the Americans, It is another very serious problem. Engaging War in two different lands is very difficult to win.

9. When Hitler was seeking for Miracle weapons to help him in his war, Messerschmitt Me 262 Schwalbe was invented it is fast and powerful and it is very effective in destroying all types of bombers and fighter planes. But Hitler ignored the advices of his decorated pilots to use it against the allied bombers and fighter planes. Only few were created and mostly used in recon. Hitler's attention were focused on creating long distance rocket-bombs, such as the V2 rocket that took most the remaining resources of the third reich. The V2 project is far successful. One reason could be most of the best scientist were Jews and Hitler put them to prison camps and some were killed. If Hitler produced many Me 262 and distroy all bombing raids from allied forces, he could to improve his defenses and against the allied invasion.
