Chennai 600 028(familiarly known as Chennai 28) is a tamil movie that released about an year ago with least expectation and turned out to huge success. Vijayalakshmi, daughter of famous tamil director Agathiyan made her Kollywood entry through the same movie in which she played a girl-next-door suiting her perfectly.
Vijayalakshmi was into modelling and she walked ramps before entering cine world. She had a very decent roles in her first 2 movies. But, this time she seems to have come out of a shell and trying to prove in glamour.
Reportedly she has nice mutual understanding with her co-star Jai in her upcoming tamil movie 'Adhe Neram Adhe Idam' which means 'same time, same place' in english. It's notable that Jai was there in Chennai-28, but not as her love interest. This time they seem to be making nice love together in this movie 'Adhe Neram Adhe Idam' which also has a liplock scene as reports say!
