Why does" REPITATION" make things much easier to learn?

It has been a mystery for people since ages HOW DOES A CHILD LEARN ITS MOTHER TONGUE WITHOUT ANY FORMAL TRAINING?.Recently researcher proved that repetition is the best way to make a child learn .if we listen to a song again and again it gets deeply embedded in us never to be forgotten,In the same way a child learns one's mother tongue much easily than any other language Repeated listening to the language spoken at home makes the child accustomed to the vocabulary and gradually he starts speaking in the same way.There are certain very important thing which i have found out during my teaching carrier

We have to be rhythmic while teaching , so that the child's attention could be drawn towards you . Rhymes and poems are learned faster because it has continuity and rythem.
Secondly fast reading or routing is the pivot point to make children learn anything .Children are often distracted by their surrounding .So how would you draw their attention to learning? Well, i tried 'A finger tapping system' and also kept saying the statement again and again for them as if I myself was learning it, this excited the children and in playful manner I could make them learn what i wanted them to learn.Miraculously, it was also retained for a longer period

Keep watching the child when he is learning with you and keep checking that he is not getting stuck or confused while saying the sentence because it means you lack rythem for which reason the child is lacking interest,in that case we can adopt another style like using phonatics while doing spellings and use pictures while saying stories to make the story impressive---eg for learing spelling 'umbrella' we may say (um bre lla) while learning the answer, we should stick to small sentences this also makes learning in children smooth .if there is a long text to be learnt break it into points and let the child know how many lines he needs to learn.
The best tip for the children is to do fast reading the faster they read the less distracted will they be and they will also enjoy the whole session .Before making the child learn be careful ,,that he or she knows what they are learning explain them before making them learn.if need be use the mother tongue of the child to explain.
now in case of learning multiplication tables.if we learn faster we can learn them.if we are slow, we often forget them. routing is the best method of learning at early stage of growing .if a child does a picture reading he needs to route it and then latter use the same knowledge when he sees some related things in one's daily life .
i tried to make young kids learn short stories so that they can talk for a longer Span of time .the result was amazing, kids could remember it and could say the story without forgetting any thing. The stories that I often use are short stories like ----'THE THIRSTY CROW ',' RABBIT AND THE TORTOISE', 'THE CAP SELLER AND THE MONKEYS' etc. Children love to listen the stories and follow the actions .Why does repetition make it easier to learn?

but here again when the child is learning with you we have to keep an eye that he or she do not   get stuck while saying the sentence. That may reflect you lack something for which child is loosing rhythm and is distracted,in that case we can shift the style , like breaking the spelling in some other way when we make a child learn the spelling or may use phonoticsin case of stories,be more expressive and use relavent pictures ,.While learning the text we should stick to small sentences that makes learning easy
