The new LG Aloha cell phones have benn shipped to Virgin Mobile retailers across the U.S. The attractively priced LG Aloha boasts a sleek clamshell design and metallic finish. The device is equipped with all the essentials, from real-music ringtones to multi-messaging capabilities.

LG Aloha Features

It offers a 65k color display, and useful features such as voice-activated dialing and speakerphone. It comes with two preloaded games: ZooZoo Club and Battle Reversi. The LG Aloha has the capacity to maintain a stock of about 199 contacts.

Customers can also choose other games, ringtones, screensavers and more. Another way that Virgin Mobile will be helping the cause is that they have asked different artists to design limited editions of the LG Aloha handset. They will be put up for for auction and proceeds from the auction and other activities will go towards Virgin's charitable partners.

The LG Aloha covers the messaging basics with support for sending and receiving text messages easily and quickly (Virgin Mobile text messaging charges apply). The LG Aloha fully supports Virgin Mobile's wireless content service, VirginXtras. It's a great phone for the money

I am amazed that people slam this phone. I purchased one for $14.99 at a national chain store. What an amazing piece of technology for a mere 15 dollars. It's not perfect, but come on, if you want perfection go spend a couple of hundred dollars. Or, go and commit to a two year contract before.

Virgin Mobile believes that the partnership with LG Electronics is going to be a good one, and will only enhance the work that is already being done through their company. Virgin is already known for their track record for developing phones that work wonderfully, yet are very affordable. They say that it is a winning situation for everyone, but especially their customers.
