LIPOSUCTION-ON-DOGS

Believe It Or Not, Dogs Are Having Liposuction!

Yes, you are hearing me correctly, DOGS are indeed having liposuction! Everyone one of us can be a bit vein from time to time, it is true, but it is crazy for me to find out that some people are really taking things a little too far, when they are choosing to pay these high prices for their pooches to have liposuction performed on them. It is quite funny to me actually but nevertheless it is occurring and I want to share a bit of information about it with you.

I am going to try to stop joking about this now ok, seriously, most people probably do not find this as humorous as I do anyway. So, just as some of us are choosing to have liposuction surgery, we are also deciding to have our dogs perfected, by whatever means necessary. Some people are concerned that their dogs are too heavy and they are worried about their health. They have possibly tried all dog diets they have heard about and have probably even started making their dogs exercise more often, but they are still not getting the results they are shooting for.

If you are the pet owner of a doggie that you believe is needing liposuction, unless you live around California, you may be disappointed to find out that it will be quite difficult to find a vet that will do this procedure, most of them have banned it, saying it is pretty much like cruelty to animals in their eyes. But, for those of you living it up in Cali, and are unhappy with your dogs appearance, go for it, this can definitely be accomplished and you will be happier than ever with your favorite pals looks! Maybe you are wanting him to be in a dog show or maybe you just want him to look great for you to show off to all of your friends and family, perhaps you just have more money than you know what to do with, so you figure, why not, it would be cool right!

Whatever your reasons are, the process is pretty much the same as it is on human beings. Talk with your vet about this and do some research, so that you are aware of all of the risks involved. The risks are really not too high, just as with humans having liposuction surgery. The recovery time should not take that long either, so there is no need in worrying too much about the dog suffering very much at all. They will not be able to take out too much fat but just enough that it will definitely improve the looks of your dog and the dog may even feel better from shedding a few extra pounds.

Liposuction can be a great thing for humans, but I feel that liposuction on dogs is quite silly and uncalled for. That is just my opinion. I feel that if your dog is too heavy then you should just consider changing his amounts of food intake and take him for a few more walks. Why put him through that type of unnecessary torture anyway? The dog is not really concerned about his weight anyway, right? Anyway, if you do choose to put your dog through this, really think it through, because even though the risks are small, there are risks involved with any kind of surgery.

Liposuction in dogs is also a very health-concious, minimally invasive means to remove the huge fatty tumors that plague many dogs. it's not about a beatufyl dog body, it's about taking out that grapefruit-sized tumor that stops the dogs from moving naturally - in a dog who is a poor rise for normal whack-out the big tumor surgery. Vanity has been transformed to utility. Wake up and quit ranting.
