Come on all you ladies out there, answer me honestly, have you ever fantasised about sex with another woman? There appears to be an assumption that ALL women at some time, either have, or do, fantasise about enjoying intercourse with another woman, possibly with or without their male partner involved in the act itself. Obviously for the purposes of this question I can't really include gay female couples, for whom this must be perfectly normal.

For men the idea of a woman having sex with another woman is usually considered a huge turn on, although they don't seem to have fantasies about themselves having sex with other men, and actually seem to find this idea quite repugnant. This too I find strange, as how can they find it so acceptable for a woman to enjoy intercourse with another woman, whilst at the same time finding the idea of sex between men so horrific!

 I suspect the reason women fantasise about sex with other women, is because another woman will know all the genuine things about how to arouse another female, where to touch, how to touch, how much pressure to apply etc. Men, bless their hearts, can be a little on the rough side, and often seem to be scrabbling around in the all the wrong areas of their partner's bodies in an apparently desperate attempt to hit the right buttons. When they do locate the right area, they frantically rub it to death in the hope this will provide a satisfactory result for the poor woman on the receiving end of this....... errr..... foreplay! Too often the woman resigns herself to this fate, makes a few of the right kind of noises, and then does her best to survive until the end of the event.

 The bottom line is that as a woman you don't have to be gay to enjoy sex with another woman, and somehow it doesn't seem a disgusting vision if the photos I have included in this hub are any indication. In fact, I suspect many people reading this (of both sexes), will admit they found it quite erotic to see and imagine. Can they say they would feel the same if I had written a similar hub about men though and included the equivalent images? I am guessing the male gay community would have enjoyed the article and found it stimulating, but heterosexual males and females reading such an article would have found themselves quite uncomfortable by both the images and the visions their imaginations conjured up of such activities taking place.

I am fairly certain that good number of heterosexual women, if they were honest, would admit that at some point in their lives they had wondered what sex with another woman would be like, and in many cases may even have experimented in this area. How many men can say the same... my guess is not many, (although some no doubt did when unsure of their own sexuality as youngsters).

My theory, rightly or wrongly, is that there is something very beautiful about two women's bodies entwined together in a passionate encounter. After all, women have curvy bodies, without the angular shapes of a male body, and therefore the whole idea of two women "as one" is sexy, probably from both a male and female perspective.

Men clearly feel less threatened by the idea of watching their wife or girlfriend making love to another woman, and find the whole idea a great aphrodisiac, yet women don't seem to share similar fantasies about watching their Husband or boyfriend having sex with another man, (which is probably a good job, as I think they would be disappointed by the lack of any willingness of their male partner to fulfil such a fantasy). However, a large amount of women will agree to either having sex with another woman in front of their partner, or even allowing him to join in, so clearly they don't find the idea of being with another woman unsavoury, and quite possibly find themselves very excited and turned on by the experience. Of course the risk is they may just find they actually enjoyed sex more with a woman than they did with their male partner, and before he knows it, his wife or girlfriend has left him for a woman.

I confess, that much though I adore my Husband, and am definitely heterosexual, I do find the whole idea of making love to a woman quite erotic, and am not horrified at all of the idea of people who try this either as a one off to satisfy their curiosity, or occasionally indulge in such an activity in order to spice up their love life within their heterosexual marriage. Certainly I have no issues with a gay couple who enjoy making love together regularly, so why would I have a problem with it being enjoyed by a heterosexual woman every now and again? The act in itself could truly be quite beautiful, and for many, the ultimate sexual experience.
