Hi Kam, I love Lake Lavine. I really regret passing up the opportunity to purchase a fixer-upper cottage with 95feet of lake frontage at auction 7/26/08. My grandmother owned property on Lake Lavine in the 1930's and my mother remembers walking down a lane to go swimming. When we inspected the property before the auction I felt such serenity there. If you hear of or know anyone that can keep their ears open for future sales of waterfront property on Lake Lavine, PLEASE let me know. Fixer-upper cottages would be perfect. Wow ... I love your photos. We too attended the auction and are the ones who purchased the "fixer upper" cottage ... we will never sell our piece of heaven!

yeah thats the right lake im pretty sure it was easterdays old cottage they are talking about... do you have a place on the lake... i have so many memories there
I see. My friends parents live on the north shore and I knew most of their neighbors. Just went there for he Fourth, they had firework and a boat parade
ours was 2 to the left of the cottage that is 7 pics down... my cousins had the 2 story white one in the middle of the tenth one down too

dont know them... my grandparents sold it about ten years ago
