Latest Bollywood Movies and Reviews

The movies currently playing in theatres are "Jaane tu Ya Jaane Na" and "Love Story 2050". Both of these films have been produced by big production companies. To begin with "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" is a romantic comedy that revolves around the lives of a group of friends. Two of them specifically, who are aditi and jai. The casting is very new and introduces some fresh faces to the industry. If you liked "Dil Chahta Hai", you are going to love this. The story is quite predictable but the comedy bits are well worth the watch. I give this movie a 4/5 rating. "Love Story 2050" is probably well described as a mix between Fifth Element, Star Wars, and the Time Machine. The basic premise of the story is time travel to the year 2050 in Mumbai. Although the concept of a love story sounds bad in a time travel movie, this one actually works. I thought even with some of the scenes that seemed from various sci-fi movies, it still is a very watchable movie. The first part of the movie starts with the love story in the current timeline, so don't get thrown off to leave the theatre. As the movie progresses it gets better. The second half is the good part with the special effects. Hey think of it this way, if you haven't seen the forementioned hollywood movie references in the big screen in a long time, now is your chance.I give this movie a rating of 3/5.
