Laugh hysterically

Some people are just plain grumpy. Don't let it bother you. Don't let it get you down and stay away from the grumpiness as much as possible.

Go out of your way to laugh. Find something funny. Be humorous. Go to google and type in jokes. Find something to laugh at. Get your ounce of humor for the day. It's important to include humor in your life.

It takes more muscles in your face to frown, so why would you exzert yourself to frown, when it's so much easier to smile. When I look through my pictures, I notice how much better I look when I actually smile.

With a serious look or a closed mouth with a half a smirk I look less vibrant, serious, sad or emotionless. When I smile, I feel better. Only if I were modeling would I pose a serious look. Otherwise I want to bring joy in to my life and to others.

We can choose to let that inner light shine. Appreciate life and what you have, rather than complaining about what you don't, you will feel better and things will be better. Smile about what you have.

Humor WILL add happiness to your life. Humor CAN reduce the tension you feel. They say, laughter is the best medicine and I believe it can help you feel better.

Here's a joke I found, I thought you might enjoy:

A lawyer just married a woman who just divorced her 10TH husband!

On their wedding night, she told her new husband she's a virgin so be gentle.

"How can that be if you've been married ten times?" he asked

"Well, Husband #1 was a sales representative: he kept telling me how great it was going to be.

Husband #2 was in software services: he wasn't sure how it functions, he said he'd look into it and get back to me.

Husband #3 was from field services: he said everything checked out diagnostically but he just couldn't get the system up.

Husband #4 was in telemarketing: even though he knew he had the order, he didn't know when he would be able to deliver.

Husband #5 was an engineer: he understood the basic process but wanted three years to research, implement, and design a new state-of-the-art method.

Husband #6 was from finance and administration: he thought he knew how, but he wasn't sure whether it was his job or not.

Husband #7 was in marketing: although he had a nice product, he was never sure how to position it.

Husband #8 was a psychologist: all he ever did was talk about it.

Husband #9 was a gynecologist: all he did was look at it.

Husband #10 was a stamp collector: all he ever did was... God! I miss him! But now that I've married you, I'm really excited!"

"Good," said the new husband, "but, why?"

"You're a lawyer. This time I know I'm gonna get screwed!"

LOL
