We all know that yoga is beneficial and there are so many styles available all with their own benefits but one that really caught my eye was laughter yoga.

Laughing has many health benefits. Laughter yoga has the following benefits;

  • Strengthens our immune system

  • Brings instant relaxation

  • Helps you to beat stress

  • Laughing is a good aerobic exercise

One of my favourite benefits though is that laughter yoga can make you look younger!!!!! Laughing is an excellent exercise for your face and can help tone the facial muscles. Laughing and being happy can make a person look very attractive too, especially when you have been laughing so hard and your eyes are filled with a naughty, sparkle to them.
