Although Laurel has been a licensed Realtor for 16 years and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005, she got her start in the business before that. Long before that. In the 1970s, at the age of 9, with her mother Susanne working as a full-time Realtor in southern Illinois, Laurel started her training. She was the only kid on the block out scouting for FSBOs (For Sale By Owner) on her bicycle and taking down names and numbers from signs as she sat in the passenger seat of the car. She had her first official real estate position at 16 as an office receptionist and hasn't looked back.

Laurel moved to the New Hampshire seacoast in 1999 with her husband, a professor at the University of New Hampshire, and fell in love with the area. She jumped right into the market once again--first as a buyer of her new house in Exeter NH and then as an agent. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, the Seacoast Board of Realtors and is a licensed Real Estate Broker working from her home office in Exeter.
