Lawsuits Against Hospitality Companies

Hospitality lawsuits We Are All Wondering?
Lately my research has been on targeting the lawsuits against hospitality companies. My reason for that is I was affiliated with a company called (YTB) Your Travel Biz, and I made no money. I am just being honest with you, I have nothing personally bad to say about YTB I just jumped into it without doing my research on the travel industry. Not to worry, now that I am more educated I found something more profitable.
Even though I have deactivated my account I still like to keep up on the the latest YTB news because I know some close friends that are still there making some money. Yet things are not how they used to be for my friends. One example is my friend has around 131 RTA's or Rep's in his downline and lately over 67 of them have deactivated their accounts and gone else where.
Many false promises and hints of lawsuits against hospitality companies have turned many people off.
Here is the latest headlines I would like to share with you I found Online:
Former agents sue YTB International
St. Louis Business Journal - by Kelsey Volkmann
State of Illinois proposes to work with California in YTB case
Do your own research just as I did on lawsuits against hospitality companies and perhaps if you were or are disappointed with a company that seems to be slipping down a slippery slope, then maybe you would like to join me as I am now finally in Profit Mode and able to quit my main job to work from home or laptop from anywhere around the world where there is Internet!
Not a pretty picture to paint on a company that shows themselves in such high regards. This is one man doing a Google search so please do not shoot the messenger. This is all public knowledge and it piqued my interest for the reasons I provided above.

Thanks for the great information. I have several associates that also joined YTB and tried to recruit my family into it, but some reason I couldn't bring myself to even consider it. Based on this information, that decision seems more & more like I did the right thing.
Thanks once again,
Michael
Good for you to put out this information.
I have been in the network marketing industry for 27 years and with the same company. I can't even count on both hands and both feet how many companies I have seen go out of business over the years after getting a bunch of people to hand over their bank accounts.
They sell people on the idea that they are a ground-floor start-up but then never get out of the basement.
Sorry to see that this has happened to you. I just hope you learned to do your homework on this one.
Thanks for your honestly,
Bob Andolina
As I stated I have moved on to bigger and a lot better things. This was a wake up call for me and yes a very good learning experience. I encourage others to leave comments as they pass by as well.
Thanks to all reading this Hubpage, check out my many more Hubpages when you get the chance!
I am involved with YTB still. I have talked with my up line to see if this is true and he said that. People do these things all the time to businesses like YTB, but as for me I'll just see what happens.
