A few easy steps in making life a lot easier.
- Exercise regularly. And make it fun. Exercise isn't necessarily going to the gym. Find something that works for you and that which you enjoy.
- Eat Healthy - Lots of fruits and veggies. And drink lots of water.
- Stay off steroids. Fitness is not about building muscles; it's about stamina, flexibility and all that's happening inside your body.
- Practise some form of Meditation. It calms you. It could be just sitting with your eyes shut.
- Cultivate a hobby - a thing that you do because you enjoy doing it; not because its going to make you richer or more famous or powerful.
- Always look to grow more. Believe that whatever you have right now is great. But you should also know that there's a lot more you're capable of and constantly push your own limits in some way.
- Always take time out for yourself. There is life beyond work. It is important that you cultivate a lot of things beyond your work.
