Memory

You remember the old memory game you played as a kid right? The one where you have cards that are faced down and then you try and find the matching pairs by remembering where the cards are? This is a great game for kids, but it can help us adults improve our memories as well. This game is an old staple and you'll have no problem finding it at any of your local stores that carry board games.

You can also find electronic memory games, such as the classic Simon game where you have to remember the order in which the different colors light up, that are available at your local toy store. This kind of game also requires a great amount of memory and can help exercise your brain and improve your memory.

These games are great for playing by yourself or with a few of your friends. You'll have fun with this and the best part is that the more you play the better your memory will get. You’ll be amazed at how much you end up remembering.

I know this sounds backwards in a way, but when you’re trying to improve your memory the best thing you can do is to not to think of it as improving your memory. Have fun, play a game, exercise your brain without even realizing what you are doing and your memory will improve in no time at all.
