It's not that any of us are TERRIBLE at putting on make up--but you can always pick up a few new tricks, and some of us that don't apply too much make up are nervous about starting to apply it.

These are really basic, easy to use tips for a real starter how-to on makeup--and I definitely recommend Bobbi Brown cosmetics, I use them for my foundation and powder!

This is NOT a subtle look. This is NOT a work look. This is a going out, rocking your sexiness, you want the world and you want it now look. 'Arabic' eyes are basically super smokey, super layered, and often super colorful. It's really a very fun look, and I feel less intimidated by it after watching the how-to video--it really is very sultry for a night out, and although it's not my fav summer look, it's definitely hot for a big night out.

This woman is very good about explaining things as she's going along, and as a bonus, is showing off the hottest looks for spring and summer 2008. She could be a little snappier about it, but I'm still impressed. Also: a great video feature MAC's spring and summer trends--hey, you have to know what you're looking for to imitate it right?

Great tutorial for those of us just starting to use makeup and simultaneously dealing with zits, stress, oil-clogging makeup, and just being a teen in general.
