And who could blame you!
Thank goodness for meditation. Meditation helps me to deal
with the stresses and strains of daily life. whether it's the
rude person in the supermarket or a motorist consumed with
road rage giving you the finger - meditation can help.
And its not this weird thing some people would have you
believe it is in fact a very practical way of calming your
mind and body.
And there are some amazing health benefits when you learn to meditate
from lowering your cholesterol and blood pressure to
combating anxiety and depression. And much more.
In fact many experts believe that stress is responsible for
up to 80% af all visits to the Doctor.
The answer to stress is not more pills and potions but
learning calm your mind and body and look inward two or
three times a day.
Twenty minutes is the ideal time to meditate but even five
minutes can have a beneficial effect.
