Raise your arms up to shoulder height and put them in a light football blocking position. When in the position move your fist so that they are in directly in front of your shoulders about six inches. Drop your elbows so they are at a 45 degree angle and unclench your fist. Now let your arms move with you freely as you dance, don't lock them in this position, they should be bouncing around.
