Go ahead and do this level like you did before. Go to where you can build a purple fan to get up higher, and then go on fire escape and rooftop until some cops will be shooting at you. Become a shooter character and shoot them back, and become a character to glide over.

The Joker can use a shock generator, and a section will rise to make a ramp for him to walk on. Become a glider character and glide over to another area and take out some bad guys. Push the box off the edge so you can build the plunger and bomb like last time.

You will see some area where there is some railing shaking. You can jump to this, but only as a high jumper character. Turn into one and jump on the area with the railing, then build it up. You can jump from one built railing to the next until you get to the roof. When this happens, you can free Hostage 24/25.

At this place, you need to destroy two trash cans with explosives. You can then build a faucet and some seeds. Use a high jumper to jump on the faucet, and this will run some water. Some plants will grow, and you will need to destroy them. From the wreckage, build a question mark and the Fourth Canister will appear.

From this rooftop, go ahead and glide over to the right in order to get to another rooftop. You will need to assemble a battery, and then push it to a machine. The machine will open, and you can grab the Fifth Canister. There are to shiny garbage cans that you can explode, but there isn’t really much inside there.

Jump down from here, and go left and you will notice a glassed off area where there is a man inside. This man has a question mark floating above his head, which means he’s fair game for a mind-control character to take a hold of. Go ahead and possess him, but it has to be done from a certain point where the mind control character can jump up a little. He must possess the character to bust up a sink in back of him, and then use the parts to construct a railing. Have the possessed character jump on the railing to the other side, and push a shiny box off the tile to the ground outside. There is nothing left to do but destroy the box with an explosive, and get the Sixth Canister.
