Here is one of many racing areas in the game where you have Batman and Robin going on. I never did like these ones in the Lego games. The best thing to start doing is just shooting anything that is smashable.

For example, if you shoot three blue dumpsters, you will get the First Canister.

There is one fruit stand here that is one of three you need to hit to get a canister.

Go down the street, and there is some sort of sewer cover that when shot, gets you the Second Canister.

There is an overturned car that can be dragged with a cable. Drag it back to the beginning, where a helicopter is shining a light. Two police trucks will move out of the way. And there will be another area to go to.

Once again, there is a lot of things to shoot at. Keep going until you go over a bridge. Shoot out all the supports, and you will find the Third Canister.

There is another area under construction. Go ahead and shoot out some more supports and you will get the Fourth Canister.

There is something else to shoot at and get the Fifth Canister.

There are three blue cars in this area. Shoot all of them in order to get the Sixth Canister.

There is the second fruit stand in this area, shoot it and this is two out of three.

By the docks are two cranes which will probably give out the proper rewards, assuming you are driving the villains’ vehicles. However, you will need to be in Free Play mode to obtain them.

In order to get to the next area, you will need to shoot up three vehicles. Then you need to drag them via tow cable to the shinning bat-light. Once you bring three vehicles, some more cars will move and you will be in another character.

There is a phone booth thing in the Final area. Shoot it and get the Seventh Canister.

There is a fruit stand located by City Hall. I found the only way to take it out was to let one of Two-Face’s dynamite remote control cars hit it. You will have the Eighth Canister.

The Power Brick is located in the park with the old trees, right in the corner. Get on the Robin cycle and get it.

Shoot down Two-Face’s vehicle three times, and then drag it into the batlight. The level will be over.
