There is a lot to smash at this level, but you won’t be able to cross the river until you do a few things. The first step is have one of the characters pull two of the nearby levers, which will extend some awnings.

Have Elsa jump up to the place where there is a rope and a treasure chest. You won’t be able to get that treasure until Free Play, but she can bounce on the extended awning to a porch, and then to another porch. By the way, she can plant the flowers there if she likes.

Eventually, by bouncing on two other canopies, she will get the golden key. She must use it by the canal, and a whipping platform will open for Indy to use. Indy will be on the other side, and there is an array of stuff for him to smash. One of them will be a thing that will rebuild into a crawlspace, which can be ignored for now.

One thing will be some bars, and behind them will be a key. Indy needs to take that key to the mechanism, and Elsa and Brody can cross over. Have one of them translate the hieroglyphs on the church door and enter in.

This next part in the library has so many things to take out your aggression on, so take advantage of this. As you might have guessed, you need to put some things on the four green areas of the room.

Start by smashing the bookcase on the right. A lever will be revealed, and you can pull it to reveal the first tool box. Go ahead and put it in the proper place.

On the right there are some parts that need to be assembled to make a movable book ladder. Use them and push the ladder to the right. Climb the ladder to reach the top shelf. Don’t worry about the silver grating on the wall, but get the box and put it in place.

The next one is located by the stained glass window, and is easily obtained and put into place.

Go ahead and go to the whipping platform, and whip until a spinner comes out. Have a character push against it until it goes all the way around. You will now have a spiral staircase to the next level that is somewhat difficult to travel on. I found it was easy to do it as Elsa, because when she falls off, she can jump up quickly.
