Spread The Word – By now, the secrets to a healthy, vibrant life may not in fact be a mystery to you, but sadly, to the vast majority of Americans it most likely still is, and this widespread ignorance can play a significant role in your own life.

Food is considered in our culture and countless other cultures as an integral part of our social interactions. Food and socializing go hand in hand like bees and honey. Most people have to schedule when they will do a Lemonade Diet because they have to attend a wedding, or a birthday party, have an anniversary coming up or other social occasion.

The troublesome fact is that a huge portion of our population is unaware of the types and amounts of toxins we chose to put into our bodies daily and that the basis for a healthier, more disease-resistant lifestyle begins with incorporating more fresh fruits and vegetables into our diet, reducing stress and incorporating cleanses occasionally, such as the Lemonade Diet.

The immediate pressure to blend in, to be accommodating and the desire to take pleasure the company of your friends and family can often compete with your long-term goals of eating nourishing foods and being conscious of what goes into your body, especially if your choices are limited. However, the more we continue to inform and educate our friends, co-workers and family, the easier it will be to continue eating healthy foods while being able to simultaneously enjoy all our social gatherings.

So, I encourage you, both for the sake of yourself and your loved ones, to spread the knowledge of these secrets far and wide, to all those who break bread with you. It may seem awkward at first, but if you think of how much healthier they will feel, the energy they will gain and the overall sense of well being they will achieve, you may quickly realize it’s a worthwhile endeavor. They'll benefit and you'll benefit, too.
