68The Lemonade Diet Is a 10 Day Health Wonder
The lemonade diet, also called the master cleanse or master cleanser is simply amazing. At least that's the way people who've finished the lemonade diet feel.
I like to think of the lemonade diet as a oil change for my body. And believe me the waste that comes out of you when your're doing the lemonade diet is not unlike the dirty oil that comes out of your car. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 days on the lemonade diet before you start to purge waste, but when it comes you'll definitely know that this is not the normal stuff your body typically eliminates.
Everyone experience on the lemonade diet is a little different. You will almost certainly experience some side effects when doing the lemonade diet. For some people the side effects will be minor annoyances that they can live with, for others they will be so bad that they're forced to stop the lemonade diet. Generally speaking the healthier you are the less drastic the side effects will be.
If you're a junk food eating, smoking, drinking, caffeine junky then you should expect some aches and pains as the lemoned diet goes through the process of cleansing and detoxing your body. If you can stick with it you'll greatly benefit, and you'll also find that the lemonade diet can also help you kick some of those unhealthy addictions. Of course you have too want to quit in order for it to work.
The lemonade diet is usually done for 10 days. Beginners can go less then that, and experienced users can go longer, but a rule of thumb is 10 days.

Well I must say that I have never heard of the Lemonaide diet. I imagine the master cleanse can be difficult.
