Hi Dear

This is your belly fat. I had such a great time this summer. So much fun and good food, did I say good food ? I especially loved the lounging around - with all that food. Just to let you know, I love it so much here, I think I am staying. I know how you love shopping so I know you don't mind getting larger pants. You are going to need it because I am going to stretch out a little more. Please help me out a little. Don't do any exercise,especially that interval training that you were talking about. a while back when you started that exercise mess I was getting ready to disappear. I started shrinking and melting. It was as if you had put me in a furnace. I was screaming at you and kicking, but you didn't listen. I am so glad you stopped the interval training and started doing that slow cardio - sweet! Sure i felt a little warm and I kept thinking that I was going to start burning and shrinking, but nothing happened - great! What a relief it was, when you started listening to those professionals who said strength training don't work or burn fat. Because I know if you started that strength training up again, I will be out of here - melt down.

I remember last year when you were doing those workouts, it was as if me and my neighbor, butt fat, were thrown into a raging volcano. I almost became as fluid as E.V.O.O. ; and when you stopped, I was sooo happy. It is so much better when you are only lifting your knife and fork. That is just enough exercise for me to stay around here. How wonderful that we were able to party again this summer.

When you were in college, you could do without me, your friendly belly fat. You couldn't wait to go to the beach so everyone could see that body of yours. Not anymore, now you stay away from the beach and avoid crowds. It is so much more comforting for you to be sitting closer to the cold beer and food, at gatherings.

This has really been nice, getting a chance to bond with you. It looks like we will get closer and closer - as long as you stop doing that Turbulence Training workout routine. I am mad as hell just thinking about that workout program and how much belly fat have been lost. It melts belly fat like a blow torch. We are such a close knit group and i know you want to keep your old belly fat around for another year. So stay away from Turbulence Training or I am going to disappear and you may never see me again. Take it from me, your belly fat, don't use Turbulence Training.

PS - I am dead serious - stay away from Turbulence Training. Do you really want to see me and your fat thighs, man boobs, fat arms and love handles disappear ? How sad it would be, after we are gone and you are left with 6 pack abs, nice butt, and toned arms. You don't want to get all that attention from all those guys from the opposite sex. Believe me you can do without it.
