Every once in awhile, a movie will come out and will move you in more ways than expected. Sure comedies are made to make you laugh, dramas are made to make you think, and action movies are made to entertain. But what happens when a movie motivates you to be a better person?

As lame as this sounds, Batman Begins made me think about the course I was taking in life, and where it was leading me. There are memorable quotes that are made to entertain, but I took them heart. Here are a few that are my favorite.

Death does not wait for you to be ready. Death is not considerate or fair.

It's not who you are underneath, but what you do that defines you.

Why do we fall? So we can pick ourselves back up.

Training is nothing. The will is everything.

If you make yourself more than a man, if you devote yourself to an ideal then you become something else entirely. A legend.
