Do you like games? But what games do you like? And why you play games? Maybe it's simulation of our life?

I asked myself this qustions and dont found answer. I was found of games PS games and PSP games too. I played a lot. But technology rapidly increased in PC games. I found that old games have bad technology status but they have something like soul.I do not know how to explain this. Maybe just play... in old DOS game. I game were we can save life or kill. I found such game it's "Life & Death" computer game.

Life & Death is a computer game published in 1988 by The Software Toolworks. It is one of the few realistic medical computer games ever released. In the role of a resident abdominal surgeon at fictional hospital Toolworks General, the player must diagnose and treat a variety of maladies including kidney stones, arthritis, appendicitis, and aneuritic aorta. The last two require the player to perform surgery.

A sequel, Life & Death II: The Brain, was published in 1990. In this game, the player is a neurosurgeon.

Life and Death 2 has got to be one of the first and best medical-themed games. Amazingly realistic for its time ( 1990 ), the fact that you have more tools and tests available to you proves that this game has no doubt influenced thousands of pre-teens and teens to consider a career in medicine (or at least video games). New tests and tools include: CAT scan, MRI scan and not to mention numerous other little surprises scattered throughout the game. As the difficulty level makes this game a challenge to learn, it is still just as addicting as the first Life and Death game.

It's really crazy games. I found them for free on the http://www.dosbox.com

It's site about ooooold DOS games. You can "re-live" the good old days with the help of this, it can run plenty of the old classics that don't run on your new computer!

it's good to see any educational games...

I had just posted a comment in gamegirls hub about game addictions which i was addicted to and if kids , adults would play more educational, and strategy games than going round shooting, killing, hijacking cars etc then the mind will be much better for it in the long run!!

I will try and get round to this game tonight! i was never any good at biology so if i can learn anything from it, it will be a bonus.

I do not like video games myself because I am so much of a reader and I do not have the concentration skills for a video game. However, educational games such as these are good because they help kids learn something rather than play a violent video game.

But it is too old games... And they can't contest with new PC games. It's only part of the history now.

Note that only chronic subdurals are drained through a burr hole. The consistency of acute and subacute is too thick to drain in this manner, so you generally need to do a craniotomy. Fun fact.
