They also contain antioxidants that help fight free radicals. If your skin is sensitive, try doing a spot test first before using these products.
Avoid too much exposure to sunlight. Sunlight has its benefits like it utilizes Vitamin D in our body and when exposed in moderation promotes vigor and releases toxins through sweat, but it can also be harmful to your skin. If you can, avoid exposing yourself in the sun between 10am to 3pm. And if you can’t avoid it, use a sunscreen lotion or cream that has a high SPF content. This will minimize the effect of harmful rays in your skin.

So if you are a smoker, you must quit from this habit because it add more lines to your lip area making you look older than your age. Second hand smoke has the same effect of pollution; it makes your skin tired-looking.
Eat healthy. Have your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. They nourish both your skin and body. Eat foods that contain Vitamins A, C, E. they contain high levels of antioxidants.
Include fish oil in your diet. Studies show that fish oil strengthens your skin’s elasticity. The effect may be slow but at least it is natural.
Rehydrate. Commit in drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. Water rehydrates your cells and has invigorating effect. For younger people, dehydration is the major cause of lip wrinkles. A lot of nutritionist will agree that water therapy really works.
If everything else fails, you can consult your dermatologist in getting wrinkle fillers. It may remove your lip wrinkles instantly but it is very expensive.
