In today's culture, beauty is highly regarded. Like it or not, many of the most successful people have a confidence that exudes from being attractive and fit. Even our newly elected President is photographed running through the waves in Hawaii and exiting a gym after a workout.

What if you watch what you eat and regularly exercise, but still cannot get rid of stubborn stomach fat? Have you considered lipodissolve? What would a fit body be worth to you?

A lipodissolve procedure is surprisingly easy, affordable and low-risk. You don't have to be a celebrity to enjoy the benefits of a firm, tight body. Nor do you have to live in a major population center to find a lipodissolve professional. In fact, two of the key locations in which lipodissolve is offered are Bend, Oregon, and Eugene, Oregon, at the Oregon Lipodissolve Center. Not too surprising, considering the fact that both cities are major fitness-focused areas! And, let's not leave out the popular Portland Lipodissolve clinic for aesthetics.

Before going over some of the frequently-asked question about the procedure, watch this amazing video to get a better idea of what is involved with lipodissolve:

FAQs about Lipodissolve

1. What is Lipodissolve, anyway?

Through a series of micro-injections, doctors treat subcutaneous fat with compounds that work to reduce fat deposits and cause the skin to retract, for a firmer appearance. It is a minimally-invasive, non-surgical procedure to help improve body contour.

Injections include Phosphatidycholine (PPC), a naturally occurring substance within the body. PPC buffers and enhances the dispersement of the active ingredient. Deoxycholate is also present in the body as sodium deoxycholate, a bile salt that degrades fat cell membranes. It acts as a detergent and aids in the breakdown of fat consumed. Benzyl alcohol acts as a preservative and antimicrobial. It can help rupture cell membranes and reduce the minimal pain of injection.

2. How safe is it?

If you are an appropriate patient, and you have lipodissolve treatment by a qualified practitioner, it is very safe! Lipodissolve is supported by extensive clinical studies and research, and has been used for more than 10 years for cosmetic procedures. More than half a million patients have successfully undergone lipodissolve witout any long-term side effects or complications. Of course, you should be individually screened by a practitioner and go over any specific concerns you may have beforehand.

3. How does it work?

The injected solution (with the three primary ingredients described above) disrupts the fat cell membrane, causing them to burst. Fat cell enzymes and fatty content are released. The body's natural inflammatory response takes over, and the debris is then “cleaned up” by macrophages that migrate to the area. This inflammation results in redness and minor tenderness but also allows for tissue retraction over time. In the final step, new collagen is deposited in the area, causing skin retraction with denser, firmer skin character. The fat and cellular debris is collected as waste and excreted through the body’s normal metabolic pathways.

4. How much does it cost?

Only about $400-600 a session. Lipodissolve is not plastic surgery, and the results can be seen more quickly and with less "down time." Because it is a cosmetic procedure, it is not likely to be covered by medical insurance. Many people elect to have 1-4 treatments.

5. What is the recovery time?

Because lipdissolve is non-invasive, you can be back to regular activities in 1-3 days. Some people notice some slight swelling and bloating the the area of the injections, but within several weeks, they are back to normal. Results are visible after only 2 sessions.

6. What kind of results can I expect?

Any area that needs to be sculpted, whether stomach, thighs, buttocks, love handles, arms, and back, can be treated with lipodissolve. The procedure is best recommended for people that are within an ideal body weight, but have stubborn areas of fat that do not respond to diet and exercise. During a complimentary consultation, professional staff will review your goals with you to determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for lipodissolve.

Patients can experience a 2-6 centimeter reduction per session.  It is most effective for the waist and belly fat reduction.  Just remember that the results are not permanent, unless you alter your diet and exercise to maintain your firm new look over the years.

Don't be fooled by the "do-it-at-home" lipodissolve products you may see on the Internet. Only a licensed practitioner should do the procedure. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. Don't you think a firm, toned body is worth your considered investment?

A new technique called vaser Hi-def Lipo is out on the market to further define and show muscles for people who do not have much musce definition.
