Lisa was born in 1974 in Welwyn Garden City, England and lives in Epping Forest. She moved to London to attend the Italia Conti School of Performing Arts and supermodel Naomi Campbell was also studing there..It was while working as a waitress when she was spotted by a Premier Model Management agent at age 19 while dancing in a London nightclub. Since then, she hasmodelled for many magazines such as Vogue, and Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire to name a few...She has featured on FHM's List of 100 Sexiest Women every year between 1996 and 2005 but not in 1998.

Lisa's look has made her a very clever and attractive presenter working on many tv programs and many ITV Movie premiere shows. She presented the 2nd series of Britain's Next Top Model which is a contest to find Britain's next top model. In 2005 Lisa became an ambassador for the Breast cancer care charity.
