Who Is Mike Klingler And Why Should You Care?
Not too long ago a product was launched by Ann Sieg, Author of the well known controversial book, The Renegade Network Marketer, featuring Mike Klingler who is making a huge dent in providing critical attraction marketing training and list building strategies for business owners across the board.
Old school marketers and company policies continue to rebel against this new attraction marketing and list building because they still want affiliates and business partners to call family and friends, do home parties, meet face to face in hotel rooms and bug them to buy products and/or join their business opportunity.
Mike had always worked hard and was successful in building his business, however, he saw that duplication was extremely difficult for team members and as he began to help people through a step by step process, he saw a difference. Today, this is called attraction marketing, teaching and helping others.
As Mike's story goes on, he saw an improvement in his teams abilities to be successful, he wondered if taking his attraction marketing methods outside his team would work. He decided to experiment and you won't believe the results he pulled. He built a list 1,172
prospects in just 3 days.
Mike Klingler is the founder of Renegade University and has partnered with Ann Sieg with Renegade Professional. He shares his entire story, spills the details, and reveals the EXACT steps he took to go from zero to 1,172 prospects in just 3 days.
What’s unique about his story, is that he did it in just 3 days without using pay per click or SEO.
By reading this article, you will have a good idea of the high value content Mike delivered as he took the stage and presented his story.
Keep in mind, these are notes from JUST THE FIRST CALL.
I was all ears as I took my place on the conference line to discover the secrets that Mike Klingler had held to himself up until then. Throughout the hour and a half call, he fully captivated my attention, made total sense and was very forthcoming about every step, every thought, every action, every planned and unplanned event that unfolded which led to building his list.
Klingler spoke about many things, not only his personal experience, but explained why he did what he did. That’s one the benefits of learning from Mike. He not only tells you what he did, but why he did it. He explains the reasons for doing something and then further goes into the cause and effects of his actions. In this way, he brings what he says around full circle in a way that anyone can totally understand.
I could write a book with all the information he gave, but to give you some highlights of just the first call, he discussed foundational principals such as . . .
1) Why build a list and how he did it without SEO or PPC
2) How list building works
3) Why list building is so important
3) Breaking it down in his situation and exactly Why it Worked
4) List-getting opportunities
Listening to Mike’s story, it’s easy to see how he was a true solutions provider that others wanted to know, talk with and buy from. He fell in love with the idea of helping people get what they want, because he knew if he did that, he’d have everything he wanted.
Below is a list of specifics about his story that he covered. I don’t disclose the answers to the questions in this article but I can tell you I was totally surprised by them. As he was sharing each of his story points, I thought to myself, ‘I know where he’s going with this’, only to discover that I was totally off base. The evening was full of surprises!
1) Mike leveraged a movement or event. What movement or event did he leverage?
2) Mike provided value to a target audience. What value did he provide and to whom?
3) Mike had 2 pools where he attracted prospects with value from. What were the 2 pools?
4) Mike had one main centralized location where he cultivated a lead from. Where was it?
5) Mike had a way of collecting the lead in exchange for something. How did he do that and what did he exchange?
6) He found a way to monetize (make money) while generating higher qualified leads. What did he monetize?
7) What was it that Mike started to do initially?
It was obvious that the leads came because Mike was focused on the right things. He was sold out for giving value and information to others. He stood out in the crowd. He became a living magnet. He talked a lot about how a business owner should focus on the value they give to others.
Mike also went into depth about network marketers and business owners focusing on just lead generation and not having a clue what to do with them once they capture them. There’s no sense whatsoever in expending the time, energy and sometimes money to create a lead only to have the lead ignored or offered junk that causes them to leave your list, or opt-out as we say in the industry.
How I Built My First LIst is a series of 3 webinars that Mike Klinger did. In my review of the content shared, it met all expectations and then some. Mike is known to overdeliver and this is no exception.

Good article - well explained. Attraction marketing is something of a misnoma in fact, as it has been around as long as marketing has - offer value first and people will come back for the sale over and over - don't sell, educate and engage with your audience and they will chose to work with you.
But, be certain to acquire the knowledge and skills to help those people when they do come onboard - list building has changed enormously with Web 2.0 and continues to change.
Email marketing is on the decline and will prove to be almost redundant within five years, so the need to understand where the internet is going is critical right now.
Good luck with Renegade Marketer
