Nikoletta Ralli is from Greece and the second young lady to be crowned as Miss Tourism Queen International in Hangzhou, China in 2005. Although she has not won any special award, she still managed to bagged the title.

2006 Winner = Justine Gabionza from Philippines

Justine Vinluan Gabionza is the first Filipina to win the title as Miss Tourism Queen International in Hangzhou, China.  She stands 5 Feet and 8 inches.  She is a ramp model by profession and with Bachelors degree in Tourism.  She has already joined and some local and international beauty pageants such as: Won as Miss Philippines-Air 2002, third runner-up in the Miss Global Queen Philippines and fourth runner-up in the Top Model of the World  in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Olga Zarubina

2008 Winner = Silvia Cornejo from Peru

Silvia Cornejo is from Trujillo, Peru.  She is an Architecture student and a good volleyball player.  She is also into arts such as painting, drawing, listening to the music and dancing the typical Peruvian dances. She was the first woman from the American continent to win this Grand Slam title a was crowned the Miss Tourism Queen International 2008 in Zhengzhou, China.

2007 Winner = Olga Zarubina from Russia

Olga Zarubina is from Russia.  She is a model by profession. She beat and outshined other 107 contestants in the competition and was Miss Tourism Queen International 2007 in ZhenShgzhou, China.
