Please clear my doubt. I expect very sincere answer from you. I spent lot of time to learn about Google blogs, adsense, and yesterday I posted to thank you for proposing Payperpost. Is it worth to work online and dedicate our time for blogging activity? Since I am new (only one month old), my adsense account is poorly credited. Now more than google help, I refer and seek help in your hubpages. My sincere doubt is can I really earn money by following your advises? Please take it as an innocent doubt of a villager visiting to a metro city ! Waiting for your advise.

Honestly, it is worth to spend time in blogging. You will be able to make money when you have enough visitors to your blog. Keep it up.
I visited your blog and I think that you will need to make some changes to your blog design. You could change your blog design to a better one and make your blog more organise. Then, try to get more visitors, you will be able to make more money.
My advice is that do not start a blog for the sake of make money, start a blog for the sake of giving information and give sincerely. You will make money in return. :)

Again me, Jayaprakash. After joining with Payperpost, when I open my google adsense account, my blog status is shown as 'Targetable'. Dear Greenleaf, Is this a problem or warning from Google? Or is it in line with program policies of google adsense that we can join such payperpost sites and allow to write about them in the google blog? I do not find anybody to clear my doubt except you. Please advise.

So far, I never encounter any "Targetable" stuff before.
I think that "Targetable" means your AdSense account could be targeted by AdWords Advertisers. This means that you can use the Ad Review Centre to allow or disallow targeted ads.

I am sure of one thing. If we use PayPerPost and make money from it, we are going to risk our Google Page Rank. A lot of blogs are getting PR0 after using PayPerPost but some of the blogs are not having such problem. So, it depends on our luck. :)
