One of the all time favorites of both parents and kids for both fun and durability are Little Tikes toys. And the grandest of these is a Little Tikes playhouse. These can be set up either indoors or outdoors, and will provide endless hours of play for kids ranging in age from just a couple of years up to 6 years old or more.

This one has a large number of activities to keep the little ones engaged. Each of the walls is different, with a different set of activities to do with it. There is a schoolhouse and firehouse wall, which includes a table, chalkboard, and a door that opens. The sports wall has a hoop and a ball, a net and some targets. Finally there is a grocery store wall with a drive up window and an ATM to pay for it all.

This features a picnic motif. It has a kitchen area complete with a toy oven with burners for the little chef to prepare the meals, a window to pass meals out to the picnickers. There are storage shelves and cupboards and there is even a fireplace. This house includes many of the supplies for the kitchen area, like play food and dishes and play silverware. There is, of course, a door, complete with a mail slot and a doorbell.

This has wall that open up into a miniature town. It has a drive up for the cars (of course the local Little Tikes Crazy Coupes) with disabled access. It includes a gas station area with a gas pump and a small auto repair area and tools. There is also a small retail shop where you can see the items for sale in the window, and the door has a mail slot. Of course there is a small cafe for eats, and it has a table for serving the food. And to work off that extra energy there is a sports area with a hoop, a net for hockey or soccer, and a target for throwing.

This is along the lines of a more traditional playhouse. It includes a slide, and a deck with multiple tiers. The playhouse part itself includes a kitchen area with cupboards and a full height door. There is a climber and a slide, and you can attach a swing set to create a full play set.
