Below Points are Simple and powerful.Please read carefully & custimise some points for adopting:
1.Get up early in Morning at 5.00 AM.
2.Take up one Glass of water.
3.Wait and Walk for 10 Minutes then go for toilet.
4. Clean the Teath & Take bath with fresh water.
5.After bath, Please pray to your God at least for 30 Minutes.It will give great calm & inner Power.
6.Take aerobic & simple yoga for that you take reference of Ram Dev baba. In aerobic exercise, you can do Anulom Bilom & Kapal Bhati.Why aerobic exercise is important to, because it takes lot of oxygen in your body that enhance the brain power & defence system of body and Yoga gives lot of flexibility to your body which makes healthy & long life.You will feel energetic all the day & will give you power to fight with tension.
7. Wait for atleast 30 Minutes after yoga.
8 Take tea & simple food .In food , you must take green vegetable & pulse.
9.Go for work.
10. Avoid lift & train to go one place to another.Simply try to go by walking.
11.Come early house from at maximum 7.00 PM in the evening.
12.Spend some time with your family Taking tea & snacks.
13.Take light light dinner with green Vegetable & Milk with family.
14. Have a simple walk after dinner with your family.
15.Go bed in night at 9.30 to 10.30.Before sleeping at least pray to god for five minutes & say thank you for day you given me Regardless how bad day was for you.
16.During across the day at least take 12 glass of water.
17.In across the day, you say five times thank you to your colleague.
18.In across the day be professional in your work.
19.Give love with hearth to your wife at least three times across the day.
20. Make note in your diary, what you you achieved , lost & learned today.
21.How to prevent mistake in future what you committed today.
22. Spend some times with your parents & child every day.
23.Accept mistake that you done today.
24.Promise yourself, you will not abuse to anybody.
25.Promise yourself, you will not think negative at all in spite of how big adverse situation was in today.
26.Don`t demorlise yourself if you done mistake instead try remove that mistake as soon as possible.
27.Share your knowledge with other what you learned today.
28.Spend sometimes alone in thinking
29.Study for sometimes daily That will nurture your brain & skill.
