Genital Warts are classified as Low-Risk HPV. Why? Because whoever made up the classifications for it decided that because Genital Warts don't do much or create any harm other than getting in the way of activities in your southern recreational area or causing some pain partially blocking your waste facility next door by getting way to close to the exit ramp.
