Drop the word "obesity" into the Google search box and you'll get around 30,000,000 hits. Refine your search to something topical like "obesity statistics" and you'll cut it down to 292,000 hits, fewer than the 6,000,000 possibilities offered on the topic of "fat sex."

It seems that not a week goes by when somebody hasn't released the next greatest fitness program, supplements, exercise gadgets or diet gimmick, onto the market.

And the numbers are huge...

According to William L. Weis, a management professor at Seattle University,

"The obesity industries, including commercial weight-loss programs, weight-loss drug purveyors and bariatric surgery centers, will likely top $315 billion this year, nearly 3 percent of the overall U.S. economy."

Equally astounding is the not-so-obvious FACT that this is all made possible by a market, driven by consumers that actually buy stuff that simply DO NOT WORK.

WHY is this so?

Just maybe, an iconvenient truth is the majority of these weight loss programs don't work for most people because they are simply too hard to maintain or alternatively they are detrimental to your overall health.

Is this not simply just another coincidence?

Well an even crazier notion, might be that this is done to the direct financial benefit of large drug corporations, driven by greed of profits and certain government organizaions, who intentionally create and dispense - confusing, sometimes contradictory information, while systematically ursurping your livelihood -- and not to mention your, hard earned cash in the process.

But before you cry conspiracy, let's focus on the readily available solutions to see exactly...

Yes its TRUE. Personally, I have been using this method for years. The results have been 100% effective and on occasion, nothing short of extremely amazing!

[Sidenote] This may not be your best bet if you watch a lot of television, so I suggest you move straight to the next method.

Seriously though...Let me give you an overview on how it does work for me, as indicated from left to right on the following line;

YOUThoughtsDecisionsActions → Habit → Outcome

It works on the premise of having a better understanding as to how your brain works.

You brain is the ultimate Super-Computer and like a computer, you can remove "bad programs" from your brain and "re-program" your brain with better software, thus producing your desired outcome.

Then, by developing a pattern you go on to regularly expanding this core concept -- throughout your daily routine, AND with literally no effort, after a very short period. Once accepted by the "computer", the outcome seem to happen and appear like magic, directed by your command!

Natural Language Processing (NLP), Self Hypnosis and Meditation are examples of such programs that you must explore further.

Join a Fitness Program Or Go It Alone

Exercising regularly, is VITAL to your long-term health. Just aim to be consistent.To start out on your own -- 10 MINUTES, a day is what you should be striving for. You'll be amazed at what you can do!

(Interval training: Minutes 1-5)

This is a process which keeps your metabolism high and makes it higher. You can apply this method to any aerobic workout. An example is walking.

Let's say you walk for 10 seconds, you run for 20 seconds. Repeat this over and over until you are satisfied. Those 10 seconds of walking in between the runs give you a chance to "rest", therefore letting the body regroup itself and get used to the idea of running. It's great and highly recommended for your metabolism.

(Sit-ups: Minute 6)

The key to having a nicer looking and slimmer belly is exercising your mid-section. You want to work those abdominal muscles. Do 10 regular sit-ups, 10 side-to-side sit-ups, and 10 sit-ups with your feet off the ground.

Do this every day and you can have that six-pack you've always dreamed of!

Sounds like fun, doesn't it? Well It really is once you get going. When you're jumping, think about your fat just falling off. Your belly is getting smaller. Have this mentality, it is great (Refer to METHOD 1) -- and once you see results, it is an excellent feeling.
